“I just completed the 6 week challenge with PLYO and let me just say it was kind of a dream! The instructors were so helpful and went out of their way to build a relationship with you and your goals, while supporting your form. This is not something I saw myself being able to do but I felt so empowered the whole way through. Honestly, I started it somewhat non seriously but once I started to see results, I got very into it. The schedule is flexible, the classes are small enough for individual attention, and the facility rocks. Special shout out to Johnny, Kyle, and Erika for always bringing the energy to class! However, the only facility that stands-out and the only facility that I feel inclined to write a review for is Avedis Detox Inc. George was the person I spoke to. He took the time to answer all my questions. We discussed insurance, detox, residential living, support, alumni, just to name a few. Recovery is a delicate and sensitive subject, but when you have someone take the time to answer your questions and go into detail about the specifics, It means a lot. At least to me it does.
