“Deuce is one of my favorite drop-in gym, the only place I go when I visit LA. While they are currently unaffiliated, the Functional Fitness training they provide is still top notch. Really well thought through, incredibly involved and caring coaches. I love that the gym is largely outside--it's a very LA vibe. Final plus--they have a range of classes, from functional fitness to weightlifting to breath and cold exposure-that really help to round out the experience. And they have great t-shirts and other gear.”

“This place is incredible!! Anna is already one of my favorite people on this planet and I've only met her twice! My insurance is Hartford and I actually hate them, but the one good thing that did come out of that you-dont-even-get-what-you-pay-for insurance is the introduction to this shop! The other day I came back with an other issue on the rear bumper and what an other auto shop had quoted $1000, Anna quoted $360 and still in the end, she offered an even better and cheaper solution. This place is honest, fair, and they always have the customers best interest in mind. I will never go elsewhere.”

“I looked at many schools in the area before I finally settled on Kirk. It was their creative, well-rounded approach to education that won me over. Kirk nurtures the individual, unique spirit in each child while providing a great education. I am pretty sure the teachers at Kirk have found a way to magically squeeze more hours into the school day! At the end of a busy week, when I talk to my son about what he did (reading, writing, math, science, engineering, computers, karate, yoga, basketball, library, music, art, cooking, and more) I can't believe how many wonderful experiences he has. The school also places an emphasis on developing character and citizenship. My son started with just a few hours a week at the Tot Center and loved it so much he went to Preschool 5 days. He is now in Kindergarten and asked me the other day "I am going to get to be at Kirk all the way to 5th grade, right?" Don't take my word for it. Take his.”
