“Pat King is an amazing instructor, and well verse subject matter expert. I would drive over 80 miles to take a semi private with Mr. King. As right now, I’m have pending medical issues, but I would encourage everyone in the area to check our Pat’s gym. After knowing Pat for a short time,I never been this impressed by teaching skills. In summary, if your in the area, check out Pat’s gym. Mr.King might not directly affiliated with other organizations, but he is very skilled, and an amazing teacher. If I was still medically cleared to train, I would be in taking privates 5x a week.”
