She doesn't want people to wait to long if possible, she answers all your questions and you leave with more knowledge than when you first arrive. She's really friendly if you don't give her an attitude or start demanding. She's very strict on policies but willing to work with you even after office hours. I've had some terrible luck in the past with dentists that simply hurt you, have no bedside manner and just don't do a good job. Dr. N. Was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to explain what procedures I needed, and during he was very calming. I hate needles get super nervous and am a terrible patient. However Dr. N. Took control of the situation and was very calming throughout the procedure. He would take the time to talk with me and explain what he wad doing. Definitely worth the 2 hour round trip. This was my first experience with a house fumigation. Mike was very patient in answering all my questions. A week before the fumigation, Mike scheduled a thorough run down on what to expect, how to prepare my home and gave sincere care to ensure my home was secure during the process. He even offered to speak with my adjacent neighbors should they have questions regarding the canvas placed over the common areas. His attention to detail and communication throughout the process was fantastic. On the day of the tenting, Mike took time to first ensure I had properly sealed all my items and secured some items that I missed! He kept us posted on the progress and sent pictures of the house. “This care center is a wonderful way to see sea lions and seals up close. The volunteers who work there are highly knowledgeable about the animals, and there are information signs scattered around that are also helpful. Birthing for these animals happens in the Spring, so that is when they have the most patients, since the pups can get into health trouble is they can't find food, or are attacked. This center exists with donations, so be sure to leave something to help them continue!”
