“Hey. It has Costco and Lowes and more. I only ran in and out stopping at the two stores. I did see a Best Buy too. Plenty of parking and not those dinky spaces where you are concerned the neighboring car is going to ding your car. Multiple easy entrances and exits. Conveniently located to freeways. And plenty of lighting at night.”

“I went to look at the discount plants. This place has way more discount plants than the Burbank store. And they have a good selection of fruit trees. But they have fruit varieties that require 800 chill hours. Where on the world around here do you get that many chill hours?! No plants for me today but I did get some wood floor cleaning products. Helpful staff and lines were not long at all. The self checkouts were closed (not sure why).”

“I first want to give thanks to the store manager Chris Ramirez who was able to look past the deadline and refund us the full value of the camera we were trying to return, and that had it not been for this entire ordeal we went through today I would have gladly given this Best Buy a 5 star rating. Granted, that this Best Buy isn't located in the best of areas and much of the clientele here is questionable at times, I will solely speak on our most recent experience. After trying to return a camera I bought for my laptop, it took speaking to a representative who with a smug and cold response told me "No," then calling customer service and waiting on hold for almost an hour to be told that even though we were an "Elite" member, and we've never returned anything prior, or had an issue with any Best Buy product, that since we were 5 days past the deadline to return our product the only way to return the defective product was to get a managers approval - in other words, also, a "No." So, we called the store and waited another 40 minutes to finally be told by the manager that he would make an exception this one time. We've spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy - this one alone - its because of this that I was ready to give this Best Buy a 1 star rating after going through this entire fiasco to return a $70 defective product that literally broke within its first week of use, but because of the great customer service that was presented by the manager Chris Ramirez we were able to get our full refund and they will be happy to know that they have kept a valued customer that will continue to shop and spend at its location for its future purchases.”

“I originally went to Best Buy Pacoima to buy liquid cooler for CPU. Alan was there to help me with answers to my questions. He ended up explaining benefits of Total Tech Support service. Normally I am skeptical person but since he seemed honest & not pushing, I decided to give it a try & signed up for the service. I was still skeptical. I advised him that it was very important for me to have my computer fixed asap. He took the ownership of the issue & coordinated with the technician Dalton to help me out. They not only fixed the issue with my computer in matter of few hours, they even tuned it up. I also noticed that they even cleaned up the built-in dust inside the computer. Now, my computer is working faster than ever before. When I brought the computer to the Geek Squad, the CUP temperature was hitting 99-100 degrees. Now I see that at between 35 & 40. What a big difference! On my way out with my computer, I asked Alan if fixing the GPS of cars was included in the service & if he could help us with that. I had some small issue which I had been struggling with for few weeks already. Alan quickly took ownership of the issue & he walked out to my car with me. He fixed the issue in less than 2 minutes. Best Buy's Geek Squad service is truly amazing at a very low price. Geek Squad team members own awesome positive attitude. I know that I can count on them to help me with any technical issue. I had a stunning experience with them & I would highly recommend them to anybody.”
