“The staff here was quite friendly. People rate them low because they are not used to dealing with shipping and expect the same customer service as UPS and FedEx at a fraction of the cost. On a local level, they may not be great, but as a company, I was able to get freight shipped from St. Louis to Los Angeles in a few days, track it and pick it up with no issue. I recommend using them for what they are known for and handle things with a different company locally. Shipping terminal to terminal is excellent. FedEx wanted 7 times what YRC charged me so I can deal with the extra work to make it happen.”
