(August 9, 2022, 9:34 am)The Walk Lap Lane at the pool(25 yd lane...32 laps is a mile)... is very Therapeutic and love relaxing in the jacuzzi.

After I did some Cardio..I did the walk around the indoor track... they told me 11 times around was a mile .. so I started slow with 4 laps😊 so maybe I did a quarter mile😊
Can't wait to come back and enjoy one of the Fitness dance classes or either the lap pool or whirlpools...
