(January 3, 2023, 8:36 pm)It's a good place for the most part is clean. It's just a lot of the cardio machines. Make some weird squeaking sounds like it's about that time to be worked on. This seems to be a popular spot so it's always so busy which can be very annoying at times. But overall it's always clean.

(December 4, 2022, 6:29 am)The atmosphere is relaxed and pressure-free, which is such a relief! The instructors are knowledgeable and just lovely to be around. I truly can't recommend this gym enough!
