I want to take a moment to appreciate the exceptional human being that goes by the name of Paul Gifford.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul due to the unforeseen event of multiple potholes obliterating my front left tire.

While the visit to Mercedes Benz of Westminister was unexpected, I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for Paul’s prodigious customer service from end to end.

He is a veteran in the automotive industry and has over 40+ years of technical and service prowess; he is one of one.

Paul doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to communication; he constantly kept me apprised of the progress of my vehicle every step of the way.

He was always very transparent regarding the suggested recommendations for my car— he focused on safety over profits, and together we devised an action plan to tackle some of the other services that were more cosmetic and lower priority.

Paul is passionate about his work and has the knowledge base to back it up.

Mercedes Benz of Westminister is the ONLY dealership I will bring my car to in the state of Colorado, simply because of Paul.

He even scheduled a luxury Uber to pick me up, and when I arrived at the dealership, my car was HAND WASHED, talk about going above and beyond!

Paul continued to exceed my expectations, and Paul Gifford should be the standard for customer service at Mercedes.

Tomas Del Bano was excellent in helping us purchase our new car! He was incredibly helpful and answered our multitude of questions. Purchasing a car from out of state is typically frustrating, but he made the entire process seamless. In addition, Tomas has been extremely responsive after the sale by making sure aspects like extended warranty coverage and title details were completed without a hitch. This dealership never misrepresented the price (unlike other dealerships we visited) and was transparent about having no additional fees over their stated internet price of the car. I saw Dr Flashman today, September 13, 2020, at an urgent care center in Westwood following an accident at my home which caused Dr Flashman to put 10 stitches in my hand. He was extremely professional and I felt that the care he extended to me was excellent. Thank you, Dr. Flashman
