(November 12, 2018, 4:41 pm)Absolutely no clue as to why this place has a 3.5 star rating! I was recommended to go to this place by a relative in Malibu (and even check out their spa) but I'm so upset that I didn't check it out until the end of my trip! It's quiet and private, the food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff is attentive. Valet was either $8 or $10 - it's Malibu, I don't know why people are complaining about valet when it's basically the only option at any restaurant you go to on PCH unless you want to park across the road or way past the restaurants. When I head back into the area, they will be seeing me again! Definitely a new fave.

However, the blond receptionist in the lobby was very rude to almost every customer. She lacks propper customer service skills to deal with guests... very snobby and impatient ... there the hotel management either needs to train her or hire friendlier face.
Our waitress was very sweet and professional.
