Neurofeedback has astronomically improved my wellbeing. It has positively impacted many different aspects of my life. It has helped me to manage anxiety, stress, improve focus and performance at work, handle challenging times, and definitely helped me to sleep better. What I like the most has been the candid and exceptional support from Sandra, her empathy, and radical transparency with my situation. She took the time to investigate and dig deeper into what was going on so that the treatment yield better results. She has been the best support I have received in my life and I will be forever grateful to her and her incredible desire to help others to bring their best version of themselves to earth. I totally recommend her and her practice to anyone looking to learn how to navigate the highs and lows of life with the best attitude. At first I had no expectations about the treatment, perhaps because I did not understood the treatment and because there were no medications or procedures that I could accept or not accept. then the well-being and disappearance of anxiety and other discomforts of a restless mind with an alleged "adhd" and compulsive and addictive personality decreased markedly. For me today the Neurofeedback is an accelerated meditation and without having to make a great effort. Of course I totally recommend it.
