(November 13, 2018, 12:00 am)We had furniture that our cat and dog had a peeing contest on. We got the animal problem under control but then wondered what to do with the sofa and chairs. We really didn’t want to get rid of the furniture so we decided to try having it cleaned (along with the foam cushions replaced).
The furniture looks great and you know what we smell in the living room now? Nothing! Yay! COIT was really up for the challenge. We are so happy with the results.
And their staff is wonderful. From the scheduler to the estimator to the guys who did the actual dirty work, they were courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient.
I highly recommend them and we will be calling them back for our patio furniture. -

The carpet cleaner people have always been on time and called ahead to be sure we were home. They have been professional in their manner and work. We would recommend COIT to anyone in need of carpet or furniture cleaning.
Keep up the good work.
This time we used COIT to clean 2 arm chairs our sofa and ottoman. As usual the technician was on time, friendly and did a very good job at a good price. -

(October 21, 2018, 5:04 pm)Two agents came on time and were very efficient. They used the balcony to bring their equipment to my upstairs apartment to clean the carpet. They worked quickly and thoroughly and followed my requests. They warned me about slippery areas and told me when the carpet would be dry. The cleaned carpet looked great. They were courteous and kind and I am thankful the chore was accomplished with no hassle.
