  My visit to Urgent Care went better than expected. As soon as doors opened we were greeted, asked what we were there for, and directed to appropriate line. Everything after that went smoothly and I was out of there within 1 1/2 hours.
  From my first contact to the last, all were polite, friendly, and showed concern for my illness. Very satisfied with Dr. Luck's treatment.

  Service was quick and very affordable (for being a cash patient). NP Melvin was considerate of the fact I was paying cash and only ordered what he thought was absolutely necessary. Overall great service and friendly caring staff.

  Friendly staff. The wait wasn’t too long, and I had a couple of patients ahead of me. Dr. Madeleine Von Der Schmidt is amazing! She’s very comforting and kind. I’ll definitely go back here again.

  From my personal experience the staff is super friendly and always courteous even when I dealt with them over the phone. The doctors also are very nice and do a good job. I never really had to wait much time, always attended me with good time and even when I was a bit late they still had me, which is great because i know not all doctors offices will do that. Overall it was definitely a very welcoming environment.

  My visit there from checking in to walking out was excellent. The gentleman in the front desk was very friendly, the nurse that took my vitals was helpful and friendly as well. I wish I remembered their names.
  The doctor was very nice, I appreciated that she asked what was going on with me and how she explained my situation. Overall it was a kind place.
