Not only did he explained what each test was for but also made it easy to understand my new prescription. My husband and I had just came from another office that treated me like they didn’t want my business, as soon as we stepped foot in this Lenscrafters someone came over and asked if we needed help. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service, staff and the selection of frames. This office is out of my network but I rather pay out of pocket to ensure I continue to receive outstanding service.”

This time I made a appointment using the my quest app for android. Only took 45 min instead of 2 hours. I also got to see my blood test results on the app on my phone.”
