My wife and I just bought the Audi E-Tron from McKenna. What a fantastic car and what fantastic service. I had recently bought a 2019 Q7 and have loved it. We had our eye on an E-Tron for my wife to drive, but with her work hours we could not get down to Norwalk for a test drive. Allen, our sales rep, and Dalius, the sales manager, set up everything over the phone and drove the car to home around 7pm at night when my wife got off of work. If we wanted to car, all the paper work was drafted. If we didn't, no worries. Well, the car was amazing and the service over the top. We will continue to use McKenna for all. of our car needs.
Edgar is absolutely amazing! He truly made sure that the buying experience for me went smoothly and he communicated everything that was going on to me during the entire process. I am extremely satisfied with the service he and his entire team provided and will definitely recommend Mckenna Audi to my friends and family.
Dalius paid great attention to us considering we showed up without an appointment. His immediate attention to detail made us feel welcomed.

Hayden has been providing great customer service to our family this year especially during the pandemic. Today was a great example of him providing solid advice on a course of action and then saying here is my card with my contact information. If your issue is not resolved contact me in the morning and we can get your Q5 in and we will try to take care of the issue by hopefully the end of the day. Very reassuring words. As it turned out his advice was spot on and there is no need to service our Q.
