Found myself in a bind and went to other pawn shops - they just didn’t feel “right” to me. Imperial Jewelry and Loan in Norwalk was my last stop and I only wish I would have gone there sooner. Superb customer service and a friendly, knowledgeable staff made my first pawn experience pain-free and actually enjoyable. Really appreciate the service here. Won’t go anywhere else ever again!
This guy has the upmost Patients with me then I have seen in a while not everything I bring in is a winner but when I do he does s fair and honest with me and that I appreciate definitely me go to place!!

Went down to Imperial Jewelry to get a quote on a chain I had attentions on selling, keep in mind I had tried selling my chain before to several “cash for gold, pawn shops” etc. I was never offered what Imperial Jewelry offered me. I highly recommend this spot, Great staff and cool stuff.
