The representatives at State Farm insurance in Norwalk California are real helpful, especially Hilda she helps me out with everything I need every time I call she always answers the phone or calls me back, she always has an answer for every question I have any little thing I need I can call and they will help me out. Don’t ever hesitate to ask them anything it never hurts to ask a question.

I've been a client of this office for many many years ( with 3 vehicles and renter's policy), and I can't believe I'm just now leaving a review. They deserved a great review a long time ago. The ladies in this office are so knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. Lily has probably worked with me the most, and she's just awesome...always so patient and thorough. She takes her time to explain everything to me whenever I don't understand something. What I truly appreciate is how she always gives me different, and usually better options and scenarios when I call to make any changes to my policies. I always feel like I've made the best choice possible. Great customer service! I'll be a client for as long as they stay around.

Hilda E. Elizarraras is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. They actively look for the best rates and coverage annually and are always looking out for the customer. Definitely a person who cares for the customer.
