Admitting that your hearing is going is a horrible reality, but at Soundworks it was not a bad thing. I was warmly welcomed upon entering and the technician was very personable and informative in every aspect. I was not forced or made uncomfortable in any way, that I need hearing aids now, right now. I left with the knowledge of my hearing capabilities and loss and to take all of the information given to heart and decide on my time, if and when I need assistance. I can say this was a pleasurable experience.

Excellent customer service. I received the most comprehensive hearing examination that I have ever had. Dr Raven and Karen Nelson were very attentive and patiently made every effort to be sure that I understood every aspect, answering all my questions about my new hearing aids.

I was very pleased with the experience this time. The audiologist was very helpful with the continuing issue I have had with my hearing aids since they were new. She said she would have them replaced because I should not be having this issue. She was also able to loan me a pair of hearing aids while mine were repaired or replaced.
