LA PILATES has changed my life! I’m so glad I went ahead and took that FREE Intro Class. I’ve been there for 4 months now and I feel amazing. I’m getting stronger everyday. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, the instructors are well trained and lots of fun! This place is so worth the time and money! Invest in your health, you won’t regret it!

Thank you LA Pilates for making my work out so much fun! I would say ALL their instructors are very nice, experienced and knowledgeable! I had been going to Norwalk and Santa Fe Springs branches, Studios are clean & the ambiance is so relaxing! Pilates machines are new & clean! You guys have to try their free classes and see for yourself! Their prices are very reasonable too & plenty of classes throughout the day that would fit your hectic schedule. I ♥️LaPilates! Its my happy place & stress reliever. Highly recommended! Do yourself a favor and just try it for free!!! Look for Art or Danny ?

I have been a member of LA Pilates, Norwalk/Santa Fe Springs since it opened in December 2018. I attend classes 2-3 times a week and I highly recommend it to anyone! The instructors are so knowledgeable, the staff so friendly. You feel welcome here, like a member of a community. When I come in for classes, I'm greeted by name - you are not an anonymous member here like you are at a big gym. The classes are small which means you get personalized attention, instruction & corrections. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

In the past 6 months I have been so pleased to see the changes in my body - it's stronger, it's leaner & more tone. I'm seeing marked improvement in running as well - faster, greater stamina, stronger, and less prone to injury.

La Pilates is a dream come true! Top notch studio and instructors close to home! I couldn’t be more pleased. Lots of classes offered throughout the day and teachers are fantastic!
