I've been buying premium tires here for many many years however this last time the communication and customer service slipped a little from the 5 star service of the past. Despite spending over a grand on tires for a high end sports car the communication about availability, delivery and warranty specifics of the tires fell short this time. While I found Miguel and Andy to be friendly enough my experience with "Pedro" was less satisfactory. "Pedro" came off as sketchy and seemed more interested in upselling than getting the answers for my specific warranty questions. Answering "I think so" in response to warranty coverage is a huge red flag and IMO an employee shouldn't be aggressively pushing a product that he can't answer basic questions about. His name might not even be "Pedro" because despite that being the name on his uniform it wasn't one of the names I was told on the phone of people working there. Lastly the wheels were absolutely filthy from the tire changes with a gummy residue that was difficult to remove. Didn't feel like the loyal valued customer that I've been in the past.

Great experience. Very friendly and helpful. Was able to get tires fixed in less than an hour.

Great service, very very fast. My tire had popped down the street, I randomly showed up and they got me in and out within an hour or less. If your in the area this is the place to go.

Service is great. Price is a bit steep for basic tires but other than that its good!! Went in came out in under an hour for a full change of tires!
