    I miss living at Tierra Palms i had great neighbors. What i miss the most is the property is maintain clean and when you have a maintenance problem management's are prompt about getting it fixed. The maintenance people are very friendly and polite always see them around everyday cleaning and working. The location of this place is perfect close to everything freeways,market,Costco,Buses and train stop. The other thing is they allow pets and they have a Pet Park as well. I moved out for other reasons but im moving back very soon closer to work as well.

    I like living here. I have been here for a few months now. The grounds are clean. The complex is quiet. When I first moved in there were some issues with plumbing. Frustrating I know but nothing is perfect. Everything was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
