  Beautiful camp ground about a mile south of newcombs ranch. On site bathrooms and water. Fires are allowed in fire pits. Winds got a little out of hand when we were up there, but outside of that. Awesome camp ground. Only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the ground is full of solid rocks just under the surface dirt. Making it hard to drive spikes for a tent.

  Ok, no water, little shade. $12 a night. Lots of flying bugs in September, bring repellent. Silver Moccasin trail’ near by, and worth checking out. Took it North to ‘horse flats’ an empty campground, (worth camping out).

  If you like quiet pick a summer weekday or go in the fall or spring. If you like seeing animals this is a great place.

  Great place to get away from the city life for a weekend.
