  We had a bed bug problem and called Vision Pest Control to solve it. They were a life saver When we discovered the problem, they came quickly and helped us to deal with the bugs. Gama was really nice and smart and told us everything we needed to know and needed to do to get rid of the problem. We were thrilled to get the bed bugs out of our house quickly. Thanks!!

  I had initially called another pest control company for an inspection but cancelled after doing my homework on reviews . Can't believe how bad some of their reviews can be ! Needless to say I chose Vision Pest Control for their stellar reviews .
  
  We had Bed Bug problems since last year , had dealt with setting traps ( caught some critters) .
  
  At time of review , Vision technician Heli would be here for a second visit to check etc . First visit a week ago went with us choosing a Bug service which dod not includes but we purchased the 1 year warranty against Bed Bugs for a little extra , better safe than sorry . I like it that as courtesy the company has their technician call before they show up , that way I don't have to wait around the service window. Highly recommend Vision Pest for all your pest needs.

  I found Vision Pest Control on craigslist and decided to call them after comparing prices from other companies and craigslist ads. The staff, especially Gama, are very knowledgeable and genuinely caring people. They provided such wonderful customer service that I decided to write my first yelp review for them :). I had a severe bed bug problem and the treatment worked. They did a very thorough job. They even took apart the furniture and treated the kitchen! Our infestation was so bad that two days after the treatment I found a couple small bed bugs on our mattress. I texted Gama (at this point it was pretty late int he night) and he promptly answered back. He was quick to schedule a second treatment for me FOR FREE. I have never been more pleased with the customer service of a company. Gama and his staff were very responsive to our requests and regularly called and texted after the treatments to make sure we were happy with their service. I absolutely 110% would recommend them.

  Realized late saturday night i had bed bugs. Words dont convey the horror. Called lots of places and left messages knowing they werent open till monday. Sunday morning saw VSP on craigslist and gave them a call at 7am. Eli answered was helpful and arranged to come that same day at 2pm. 2pm on the dot he was there. He said my infestation was very light and recent which was reassuring. He really educated me about bed bugs. He said hed give me the thirty day warranty even though he only did one bedroom which i appreciate. And truthfully now that i am more educated i know that if they come back it doesnt mean the service was poor, it simply means i carried more in from a movie theater or somewhere that was infested.
  They first steam the area(s) then spray with a three prong approach - killing, killing eggs, and stopping the growth cycle and movement.
  Really i cant think of any way they could have done better. Eli came on a sunday on time. He was thorough in his inspection and explanations. He did the job and now i can just hope and pray they dont come back....and if god forbid they do, im not blaming them.
  Now im off to wash all my clothes as suggested by eli!
