Has been nothing but phenomenal! I don’t actually feel as though I’m dieting because they have taught me a new way of looking at food and what I should be eating. The Team is encouraging and helpful.
They help you realize your goals and work with you to meet them. Since August I have lost over 30 pounds and this is the first program I have been on that I actually feel like not giving up even during those rough times. Thank you to all of my new friends at Profile for helping me realize I Can do it! -

(November 23, 2019, 2:47 pm)Easy to follow program - never hungry- a ton of variety so don’t get bored. Exercise is encouraged for weight loss and a healthier body and mind.
Not difficult to go out to eat at restaurants and stay on plan.
Staff is amazing - works with you on availability - encouraging - Changes things up so minimal plateaus- list importantly LISTENS and tweaks the program to your needs.

They really take their time to get to know you and they don't make it a big sales thing they actually make it personable and treat people well. I've tried many different things over the years and I must say I am very impressed with the way Profile in Troy takes care of me.

I have lost 25 lbs in the first couple of months and am very grateful to the staff for directing and supporting my efforts - it makes a real difference!

(September 18, 2017, 6:13 pm)My office is just below the library and I often go the gardens here to decompress. It's "old world" and you can smell that rich deep history as you walk inside. They also have summer concerts in the library's grounds!
