If you live close enough, I heartily recommend that you get the yearly membership just to have a place to walk around and relax.
Sprawling grounds and so much in bloom, even in the winter. Kid friendly with a little map and scavenger hunt when we visited.
Worth seeing the koi pond and the sense garden.
My whole family absolutely loves coming here. Membership is so affordable and definitely worth it because we come at least one a month. The kids club and adventures that they rotate out are our favorites. If you have little ones it's a perfect way to get the out of the house. Everytime we go, we see something new. I could go on and on!
I hadn't been in a year, and boy a lot has changed! The Rose garden is exquisite! They have interactive seasonal activities for the kids and educational stops for kids to learn about nature. The membership was the best deal and after going in, I'm so looking forward to taking the kids to monthly activities !!!
A true gem inside the LA concrete jungle. Lovely place to get some respite from city life. I love going for an afternoon walk and a picnic. The garden has extensive trails criss crossing throughout so you can go for a long exploration or a casual walk. You can spend the entire day walking around and still not see it all.
I love this garden! My husband and I have a membership and I have used the pass many times, so it easily paid for itself. It is a gorgeous place to talk walks, you can even do a really easy hike style walk if you circle the entire periphery of the property. 11 acres of gorgeous garden and a wide variety of plants. I kinda wish I knew about this before I got married, because I would have considered getting married there. I will recommend to some of my friends to get married there so I can experience it anyway!
