SER Plumbing addressed my challenging plumbing issues with the utmost care and professionalism. I wish I could select higher than 5 stars because they earned it.

I called SER Plumbing about replacing a hot water heater. Luis and his team worked with me to understand my special needs to find a high efficiency unit with a recirculating pump. He arrived as scheduled, gave me his honest opinion, and suggested creative and cost effective solutions. He went above and beyond, contacting the manufacturer and retailer several times and even came back after the unit (not his craftsmanship) presented problems around the holidays and his busy schedule.

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I'm only calling SER Plumbing.

Im grateful to find an honest and professional plumbing service! They are reasonably priced and their work is really good! We had am insurance leak detector come out and he metioned that we had a really good plumber. They have done several jobs for us , replace a gas line, repiped my mom's home and repiped the master bath shower and put in our new tub they always left things clean when they were done. . If i need a plumbing repair this is the compnay I am going to call! Thanks Ser Plumbing
