The customer service at the Paseo Colorado store in Pasadena was pretty decent. Not the best, but better than what one would usually get at a hip/young millennial-genZ clothing store. I LOVE H&Ms clothing recycle campaign. You get 15% off your entire store purchase if you show up with your old clothes to recycle. The clothes don't need to be H&M clothes either. It's a fantastic gimmick! It's the main reason why I finally bought something from H&M. Before today, I'd never shopped at H&M. I got some pretty good finds at a very low cost. Gotta love fast fashion! Not sure how long they'll last me, but I'm sure that the clothes recycle service will bring me back for more! Check out my haul!
