  We had a really good experience at Johnson Fitness branch in Pasadena. Yesterday we wrote a compliment about James who we saw in the store but the person who really sold us on going in was his partner Phil over the phone several days before. They are an excellent team.

  Great experience -- especially after a truly disappointing time at a big box store. I wanted a home rowing machine and James walked me through all the available options and helped me arrive at the perfect choice. He even made arrangements with their warehouse so I could pick it up & not wait for delivery! I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and really appreciated the guidance & prompt service.

  I bought powerblock dumbbells from the Pasadena location and it saved me a bunch of money instead of ordering them from powerblock. The staff is friendly and helpful. Really appreciate it.
