Alternative Horticultural Supply

I stopped by to get some supplies a few times here and all easy transactions and they were able to answer all of my questions. However my most memorable visit was last week when I went to buy 2 ROI-E720 lights and pre-order 2 extensions for these lights...keep in mind I said pre-order. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help, told them what I needed and they got the lights for me but when the guy behind the counter (unfortunately I didn't get his name but I assume owner?), heard I was paying today for the pre-order, he told me they just so happened to have 2 extensions in the back. Not only did they have those but he let me take them home that day. Please keep in mind that these are not in stock anywhere as of right now and he let me leave with those lights in hand. Now some people may wonder why is this significant at all and that's because he basically sacrificed what was most likely personal items for the of the customer and if that's not going above and beyond than I'm not sure what is. Definitely made a long time customer with me!!

Just picked up my Growers Choice ROI E 720s LEDs Not only did you already have the best price but still gave me a killer deal for a few of them and now I’m waiting on a quote for the rest of my build along with 2 more 720’s crossing my fingers I can get them at the same price, cause so far you guys have saved me a sh*t ton of money. Thank you guys for being super helpful, putting me up on game with what the new guys are using. I had been to 3 other hydro shops, 1 which had 720s in stock already but the service was garbage, I called AHS got good vibes from the phone call, decided to go in put a deposit down and get on waiting list... my lights are here a week earlier then expected!! Yeah Buddy!!! If your looking for a hydro store for growers by growers, this is the spot. Good looking out guys!!
