Lamps Plus

The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by every friendly sales associates on the floor. The store was organized, neat, and welcoming. There are so many light fixtures to pick from. While looking at light bulbs and trying to figure out which one to choose, Carlo Ghazarian offered his assistance and his expertise. I am so glad he helped me. Thanks to him, not only I got the right light bulbs, he saved me time (over hour around trip) from going back to the store to exchange for the correct ones. My husband and I were looking for a floor lamp for our house and the lighting specialists that assisted us were very friendly, warm and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about lighting and styles and versatility of the kind of lamp we we’re looking at. It was our first time in the store. We have always passed by and finally we were able to go in and take a look at all the variety of lamps they had. We were so happy with their customer service. We felt welcomed! I would recommend them highly. I would definitely go back to their store.

I was personally greeted when I entered the store. The store has a large parking lot. There is a large selection of lamps and furniture in the store. The furniture are cushion chairs that would match a particular lamp.
I need a floor lamp that arc over the table. The salesman found a lamp that arc. He recommended a bulb that would increase the light in the work area. The light bulb was of low wattage. He recommended an extension cord that dims the light and turn it off. The lamp was not it stock. The lamp and its accessories were delivered to me in two days. The salesman knew his inventory. He made very good suggestions and was very helpful in the selection of my purchase.

We were helped by an associate today named Ori and received excellent service and a great friendly interaction. We were also met with a few other employees who were very friendly. A nice experience which says a lot about the company and its management.

Everyone at this store is so friendly and helpful. At our house, if it lights up it most likely came from Lamps Plus! On this latest visit I was looking to replace a couple of floor lamps in my dining room, and I found the perfect set! Thanks!
