  Honest, affordable, good quality and customer service. Privately owned and operated????????. After hours on hours of research I was directed here and couldn’t be more grateful for the recommendation to go here.

  After searching for an auto shop to go to for a couple of days I come across Hrant Auto Service (4.9 stars out of 78 reviews, 1477 E Washington Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91104), was really impressed by the high level and good variety of reviews.
  
  I pull up to Hrant and the manager, Alex, informs me they don’t do AC and recommends me to go to One Stop Auto Air Conditioning and to talk to Leo.
  
  When I arrived at One Stop Auto, I was instantly greeted, asked about the problem, informed of their process, filled out a contact form and was out of there in 10mins.
  
  I receive a call confirming my request. A couple hours later, I get another call from Leo saying they completed their inspection of the car and the cost associated to the identified issues, which was $100 below what I researched online. When I picked the car up, I was pulling out, but it was running so smoothly I needed to let others know of this spot that’s respected by another highly reputable auto shop.

  So. My car was blowing out 60° air. Not cold enough in the heat. Lucky for me i had third party warranty coverage and, Leo took my car in on the spot even though he was slamed. That was yesterday morning and i pick up my car today. AC is working like a champ...

  Best place to get your auto air condition repairs by far and electrical shorts. Prices are unmatched and service is top notch. You will be absolutely satisfied.

  I was pleasantly surprised. The work was done in less time than anticipated; and I was impressed with the professionalism and consideration shown. If you have cause, stop in and say hello to Mike. What a lovely gentleman. He's worth a visit.

  I brought my car in at 10:30 this morning as my air conditioner went out. They were done with it by 2:00 as promised, did a great job, showed me the parts replaced. Mike, the owner couldn't be nicer. He even locked up my purse for me so I wouldn't have to walk with it while the car was being repaired. This is a great place, so clean, cool waiting room, very honest snd friendly. I highly recommend One Stop Auto Pasadena! Elyse E., Pasadena
