(December 12, 2018, 12:23 am)Had many bad experiences at this location. I mean bad...a certain employee even made sure to not honor the stores own new game return policy. I made sure I traveled across town to Hastings Ranch for my games. That all changed when Lorenzo took over as manager of this location. Went in after about 2 years of avoiding this store and man was I surprised. Not only did Lorenzo take the time to help with all my gaming questions, he totally won me back with great customer service and a humble attitude. Thank you so much for turning it around.
