With big box stores going toward automated key makers that when you have a problem you have to call an 1-800 number to go through a lengthy automated phone tree. These guys are very knowledgeable and can solve your problem easy. As things move to more online, these guys are certain to have a staying until AI can really do keys and diagnose problems. Further I'd love an AI robot be able to adapt and figure out how to break into all the types of cars with keys left in them. Thanks guys.
