Thomas was amazing, he is the store manager, he was tremendously helpful and very patient with me. I booked a 5 x 5 and didn't like the layout of it and he ending up showing me several other spaces with the same dimensions, slightly different which I liked much more. without causing me any hassle he transferred all my information to the new storage space I picked, helped me navigate through how to use the app, get through the gate, set a timer on the magnetic door. so happy to be a new customer of extra space storage and Thomas was the one that made it a walk in the park. thank you
