City Place

People have all been very nice. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Amenities are great. Maintenance comes timely. We have been here two years and have been very happy.

Our third year of living at City Place has been wonderful!! Shoutout to the best staff - Ginger truly makes living here feel like home. Rolando from maintenance is the best!! He has taken care of everything from changing our new sink, new AC unit, and keeping our filters fresh and new. Thank you guys for all that you do!!

city place is such a wonderful place to live. My best friend lives here and I visit often. She also invited me to the cutest resident party. They had an art class & a nearby plant shop pop up booth, it was so much fun. I’ve had a chance to meet the staff while out at the pool and they are always so friendly. The community is always nice and clean. I love joining my friend at the fire pit. When my lease is up I’m moving to City Place!

My wife and I have lived at City Place for 7 years. What was supposed to be a two year residence has turned into an extended stay. We love it at City Place! The convenience (location to our fave spots), the Management Team, and living environment have all played into our continued stay at City Place. We have found Christina and Ginger to be wonderful Managers! They have been very attentive to us and especially the needs of the complex. Rolando handles the operations and facilities of the property and he's incredibly knowledgeable and super nice! A special shout out to Norma for always cleaning the facility with a smile. Again, we very much enjoy City Place and the Management Team!
