Emailed Tobin about what we should purchase....he asked a bunch of questions (great) I answered them all and he gave me two answers dependant on how we were diving including weighs we would roughly use ( he was right) very helpful and the gear is great!!
It reads like some of the negative reviewers don't like his direct, knowledgable responses. Which is exactly why we will deal with DSS again.
I had some questions about wing size, the owner took the time to listen and made great recomendations. I will call them back next time I need something.
I left a message about product selection and the owner called me back and was very helpful over the phone. He talked me through the different options and gave me a suggestion for a setup and explained why he thought it was best. I'll update the review once the product comes but I would recommend using DSS in the future.
