  Excellent private fitness center. Sylviane is a very experienced, knowledgeable trainer. She can make Pilates a challenging workout or a therapeutic session. She watches you every minute and catches everything. My form has improved so much due to her precise approach. And she's fun.
  
  I also see Oscar Sanchez for 1-1 training. He is amazing! VERY knowledgeable w/ PT experience, stays focused on you, gets results quickly but not painfully. Pilates and training: great combination.

  Jason is the best personal trainer I've worked with. He has a clear understanding of how to alleviate aches and pains and how to develop just exactly what needs developing. He's sufficiently remorseless to push you past where you wanted to stop and make you see you can do more than you knew. I felt results immediately, after the first session.
  
  I'd recommend Jason in a heartbeat.

  Club Sportif is a beautiful space and Sylviane is awesome!!! I've been working with her on a routine for my first fitness competition, and I won!!
