I was what mostly considered "way passed the age of learning" ;-) when I decided to take some drumming lesson in 2001. So, it was great to have Tommy to give my first lessons. He made feel at easy and I was able to pick up fast and have fun a lot sooner than I thought. He has a very unassuming teaching style. Unfortunately, Tommy has moved away and even though I have had others drum instructors, Tommy’s still my favorite. I highly recommend Tommy to anyone of any age as an instrument instructor due to his knowledge, patience and teaching techniques.

Been taking lessons from Tommy here in Pasadena for about 2 years, and it's been awesome. I like country and blues music and he has been amazing at teaching me how to improvise which is what I was going for. He's a cool guy too! His band is awesome

In 2017 I wanted to start taking guitar lessons to help me in a band I was playing with some friends. I heard of Tommy through a mutual friend and I have been learning how to play blues rock stuff from him ever since!! Oh, and even a little flamenco too to spice it up!
