Pasadena DMV

I was totally impressed by my visit at this DMV yesterday to renew my driving license. I was away overseas for over 3 years and also need a name change, thus a written test is required. From the moment I stepped in till I was done, every contact with the DMV staff was professional and courteous in their response. Unbelievable. Whoever runs this place or the top DMV leadership must have done something. Brian was extremely helpful and I almost thought that I was in a bank for a second. Thumbs up Pasadena DMV. You folks were awesome. I used to hate doing with DMV's, I must admit but this was a transformation. Salute to everyone here.

I feel crazy for reviewing a DMV but wow this DMV is THE go to DMV. Staff were all super helpful, nice and they actually have managers 😂. I didn’t have appointment and just walked in and my total visit took less than 30 minute (this is with a decent amount of people waiting as well).

Super efficient and honestly when you’re already dreading visits to DMV the good morning, and thank you they say makes the visit so much better.

It was my first time going to this DMV and me and my mom were very impressed we like how nice the people were and how quick they are. The lady that attended me her name is Bianca window 18 she was so nice me and my mom were very happy with her service. Keep up the good work DMV Pasadena

A relatively not bad experience. Made an appointment online for a DL license renewal slash Real ID. Uploaded on DMV website required proof of identity, brought those same docs to the DMV, paid the fees, took a pic, and was done. Less than 30 minutes for the entire experience. Some staff are helpful, other staff members only have a pulse. Good luck!🤩

Very smooth and speedy experience. I had to transfer title, register car, and get my California license/ take drivers test and I was out within 2 hours! Every employee I interacted with was very kind, patient, and clear on what I needed to do. I highly recommend this DMV!
