I had a really good experience here. Sebastian really helped me out and everyone working that day and the day i picked up my mattress. i had been having a lot of trouble with my back and went in and they listened to what i had to say and he recommend a good mattress and gave me a good deal. i would highly recommend them :)

This was customer service at its finest. I am more than satisfied with the help of Michael and his associates. Michael was simply awesome with narrowing down the mattress I needed for my physical needs. Everything Michael explained with the differences of mattresses made my decision so simple and not to mention excited to finally get a good night of sleep. Mike was super helpful the first time we came in. He suggested we try a new frame instead of selling us a bed we didn’t need. He naturally earned out business when, just a few months later, we decided we needed a new mattress as well. Mike has great knowledge of how the mattresses support different body types and directed us towards multiple options that would work. He never pushed any based on price and made concessions based on being repeat customers. On top of it all, Mike juggled 3 different customers at the same time while maintaining his calm while delivering great service to all of us. We were able to pick up 2 mattresses and will be back soon to replace 3 more. Thanks Mike!!

I had been shopping around for twin mattresses for my kids, when I decided to stop by Mattress City. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions we had. He let is know all the great deals they had and we ended up buying 2 mattresses that day. Great service and great price!
