“I spent 29 days there in 2008. Its a large 1920's mansion where people are shown how to recover from addiction and the whole place is pretty much self-sufficient. We took turns doing laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning, landscaping, etc....A low cost rehab with kind-hearted people. “I honestly can’t say enough great things about Be Pilates. This was my first time ever doing Pilates and working out with a reformer. Ida and every other instructor have made my experience such a good one. I have a recent history of hip problems, having had 3 surgeries in the last 2 years, my movements have become limited and I really have had to start building back all my muscles from scratch. Every instructor has been so alert and so kind to give me modifications when needed, always looking out for me. I’m about a month in and I already feel amazing improvements. Also I have to mention how beautiful the studio is designed. It’s so refreshing, peaceful, and cozy all in one, making such a cool vibe!
