“I love Stadium Fitness! I have been going for a year and half and I have never done the same workout twice. The coaches are a perfect balance force and ease. They encourage you to push your limits and get the most of your work out but they make sure you listen to your body and take it easy when you should. Since working out at Stadium Fitness I have seen a huge improvement in my strength and endurance. My legs have seen the biggest improvement, running up the stairs of the famous Rose Bowl is no joke, I have toned up so much since I started. In addition to the physical benefits of Stadium Fitness, I have also enjoyed the social benefits. I go to the 6 AM class three days a week and the group waiting for me is what gets me out of bed. The coaches and the other members make working out fun and makes the time fly by. The owners David and Jodie even organize group happy hours so we can all get to know each other better. It is the best, I plan on continuing my membership as long as I can. ”
