(August 8, 2018, 3:43 am)My friend who I had been taking care of after her stroke for about 8 months. During this time, I tried getting her into treatment centers for people with Aphasia, or loss of ability to speak. I was never successful. I also had my business suffering from time wasted getting nothing done. She had been put in the hospital, and after she was released, they found The Rivera Healthcare Center and sent her there. I was delighted when I went to see her. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Most important, she seems happy. They have started her on speach therapy and I am hoping to hear her yell at me once again. Thank you Ricvera, you guys are the best!

(April 27, 2018, 2:56 pm)So far my aunt has been staying here for about a month after an accident which required physical and speech therapy. The social workers on site have been very helpful in working with my family and I for what's best for her. I have met a lot of staff that really care about their work. ❤️
