We used Van's Carpet & Flooring to help with a remodel of our kitchen and to install wood plank flooring throughout the house. John was awesome to work with. Always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The first thing we did was pick out flooring. We met at his shop and he guided me through the process. He doesn't sell the $3 flooring that you'll find at a home improvement store. He explained that they've had many issues with the cheap stuff and it's understandably not worth the hassle. We discussed the color cabinets we had throughout the house and he gave suggestions on flooring that would go with it. Next up was the kitchen cabinets. Our kitchen didn't have a lot of cabinet space and we were going to add in a dishwasher. John listened to my requests and understood my vision. It's an older house that had 44" for the stove. We wanted to use a standard 30" stove and add a small cabinet in the extra space. We also wanted to extend into the room a bit with a breakfast bar over additional cabinets. John designed everything for us. We went looking at cabinets and countertops together so he had an idea of what we wanted. We even picked out a nice, reasonably priced sink. Everything was ordered and was delivered on time. His crew did the installation without any hiccups and we were over the moon happy with the results. The new dishwasher and stove arrived and fit perfectly into the space. We definitely recommend Van's Carpet & Flooring and will use them in the future when the need arises.
