Taylor Co. Japanese Auto Service

Taylor Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. Very trustworthy and not trying to push you into other services, that don't need to be done. It's hard to find a good place to take your car, they either try to price gouge you or tell you need repairs that you really don't need. I love this place! I will always take my vehicle's here and tell friend's and family too! Keep up the great work!

I recently brought a car in to be inspected because we are interest ed in buying a used car from a friend. The seller is a VERY good friend and wanted to make sure that we get a thorough check of her car prior to us purchasing it. So brought the car to our TRUSTED friends at Taylor BMW and Mini. Because it is not a BMW, but rather a Subaru, I took it to their Japanese Auto department. AS ALWAYS, I am very impressed and to my pleasure I met Chuck O, the Service Manager. He is such a nice guy. You can tell with his humble approach that he KNOWS what he is talking about. Gave us the confidence that everything would be inspected thoroughly. Although they were busy, on a Saturday, he accommodated our time crunch and had the car done in a couple of hours. I called to let him know that I may not have a ride so he immediately offered to have me picked up. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I am sure the readers know that I am a HUGE fan of Taylor BMW + Mini. So if are looking for a place to service your car (BMW, Mini, German, Japanese or any other make or model) you can trust Taylor BMW + Mini. I have recommended this place to friends, family and acquaintnces and NONE of them have been disappointed.

Okay, all I have to say is my 2015 Mini Lil Casper has found his forever service family. I have a super busy schedule and just very grateful that they were able to work with me. I am so horrible with names but I want to thank Ashley, Christie the service managers for keeping me posted on every detail. Also, THANK YOU to Bruce for your amazing home made cookies loved them, your individual approach to each customer absolutely love how you run your company. Everyone I encountered was amazing and above beyond my expectations truly.
If you are looking for a mechanic for your Mini give them a shot you will not be disappointed, trust!!! :)
p.s. I really enjoyed your inspection links you sends your customers accompanied with pictures on the vehicle and explanations of what is needed and what is recommended. First, mechanic I have ever been to with this. Way to keep up with the times. Thanks Everyone :)

From the time I called until I drove away, I was impressed with this company. The staff, the mechanics, the supervisors - I mean EVERYONE - was polite and helpful. I felt no pressure to get more services than asked for, and Fernando patiently explained everything. I got a ride home, was called back in a very reasonable amount of time, and I am very happy with the results. My Mini drives much better now. Also love the coffee and cookies made available! Thanks, everyone!
