In the four months I’ve been here this place has changed a lot and gotten better for a lot of good reasons they worked very hard to change it around and make this a better place to be treated very fairly by a kind of LVN named Karolina Christina Daisy and a few others like Emilita Lena are wonderful also social worker Ashley is also a great social worker Brianna is great!!!

They have taken really good care of my Mother for almost a year. They call me immediately with any changes, have great recommendations, and I can see the comfort they bring my mom.

Every nurse or CNA I've dealt with has been professional, caring, and honestly did their best to care for my loved one. As another reviewer mentioned, it looks "under construction" there are ceiling panels missing because they're sealing the roof against leaks. No big deal. Doesn't affect the care. I'm very happy with Park Avenue

Wow, staff do go above and beyond, despite the place looking like it is (under construction). My father only stayed there for about 2 weeks. Rehab department and nursing staff were very nice. The two gentlemen in the front office, Kenny and especially John (some people called him JV depending on what he is doing that day I guess- he wears scrubs one day, but wear a button up shirt and a tie for the most part) them two are just as wonderful as the other other staff. Will bring my father there again if he ever needs a nursing home again.
