I was recommended Dr Shebish by the VCA animal hospital in Palm springs. I didnt want to have to take my cat to the vet because that is stressful in on itself to my baby. I was very thankful to hear that at home euthinasia was a thing. It meant a lot to have my kitty in a warm safe environment surrounded by loved ones. Dr Shebish made the whole process stress free. Very grateful that she comes to the house.

Dr. Shebish was a professional and very considerate during the visit. She provided a small gesture of giving a pocket stone after the service but something we will cherish.

Dr. Shebish provided the upmost care and kindness towards our family dog of 17 years when it came to the hardest decision we’ve ever had to make. I remember scrambling trying to look for an at-home euthanasia service for our dog when we realized his health began to decline. Because he was a senior dog who was blind and deaf, the last thing we wanted was to take him to a non-desirable place such as the veterinarian office. My family and I made the decision to put him to rest at the comfort of our own home. I stumbled upon Dr. Shebish’s page and decided to make the call since she provided services near our area. She made sure to answer all my questions and had VERY reasonable prices for her services. Though I asked last minute, she was very responsive and gave me an appointment right away. The day before the appointment, she texted me to verify the time and date which was much appreciated. She was punctual, professional, and empathetic. During the appointment, she made sure my dog was comfortable and walked us through the process step by step. When our dog passed, she let us pick a stone with a pawprint which gave me a lot of comfort. I carried that stone with me for the next few days which made the grieving process a lot easier. On top of that, she never rushed us and made sure we properly said our goodbyes before leaving. Since we paid for our dog to get a private cremation, we received his urn and paw print exactly 3 weeks & 4 days later. I received a call from Gateway Pet Cemetery and Crematory 2 hours before they personally delivered him to us. His ashes came in a beautiful wooden cedar box with his name engraved in a metal plaque. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see plastic rose petals scattered around his ashes. It was a very endearing gesture from Gateway. His paw prints were molded into clay with his name and a heart - it also came with a little stand. But best of all, we received an envelop with poems and a personal letter from Dr. Shebish herself. I can’t imagine getting such quality service from any other person/company. This whole experience has been so painful for me and my family but Dr. Shebish as well as Gateway Pet Cemetery has helped us make that final push towards acceptance. We can’t thank Dr. Shebish enough!

Dr. Emily shebish was heaven sent when we needed assistance euthanizing our friends pet pig. I cannot recommend her enough. She was responsive, down to earth and truly cares about what you and your pet are going through.

I run All Things Hooved Animal Rescue and Dr. Emily Shebish has been our go to vet for all of our furry friends. We appreciate her honesty, empathy, compassion and hard work to all the animals she works with. We also admire her availability and dedication to helping those in need.
