(January 16, 2019, 10:33 pm)Recently I had some troubles (nothing negative within the community) in my apartment. I spoke with Jetzabel Flores, and over the course of a few weeks she worked extensively with me in order to resolve the issue. Through every step of the way in this, Jetzabel was with me, calling me to update me on things and helping me through all the steps I had to take to resolve it. If it hadn’t been for her, I most likely would have chosen to move to a different community. She is the main reason that I chose to renew my lease and continue on. Jetzabel was amazing and went above and beyond what I could have ever expected her to do.
I also need to mention that Eddie is amazing also. I needed emergency maintenance and he was on top of everything. Eddie was quick to resolve my problems, very neat, cleaned up after himself and took pride in his work. Thanks to Eddie, I’m comfortable in my own home.
(January 12, 2019, 3:17 pm)Definitely live here if you want to live in a quiet, well kept apartment complex. They have amazing employees here who are willing to help and accommodate if you have any problems or concerns. Hernan and Jetzabel were a huge help and are great employees to eaves philips ranch. They are very understand and I am very satisfied on their customer service. They make the complex a safe environment to live in especially for a college student like me.
(January 11, 2019, 1:48 pm)If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after a long day at work, this complex is not for you. The walls are so incredibly thin that you can hear your upstairs neighbor close their closet doors, close any door really, even hear them pee above you. We have made several complaints about our upstairs neighbor being too noisy, dropping broken glass from their patio onto ours, and stomping around at all hours of the night. The staff here are wonderful, and seem to really listen. But it’s unfortunate to have god awful neighbors and bums sleep in your backyard. Yes. People can easily come into the complex. There has been trash left out on the grass area for weeks on end. And don’t get me started on the dog poop. You think you can take a nice stroll on the grassy areas, but you cannot. It’s extremely unkept to the point where I fell and actually tore something in my knee which led to being on crutches for months. It’s unfortunate to have found more cons than pros because the area is nice, and it’s convenient being so close to work.
Update: I’ve changed my review about this place solely based on the community management and how cooperate and responsive they are. I’ve been in recent contact with Jetzabel about some issues and she’s been nothing but helpful. Yes, the structure of the building is older and we’ve come to accept the fact that we will hear walking. Security has made it a point to patrol more and make sure no unwanted visitors are entering the complex. Management has continuously been approving and for that we greatly appreciate it.
(December 29, 2018, 9:49 pm)I have lived for 6 years and everyone in the office goes out of their way to make sure issues are addressed in a timely manner. Jetzabel Flores is the supervisor and is a true professional she is concerned and wants to hear whats to hear you concerns.
