We purchased a used washer and dryer from this store for a great price and had it delivered to our house. They delivered when they said they would and we have had no issues with the washer and dryer. We love it! Customer service was great. We did not see at all what the negative reviews are claiming; quite the opposite, their customer service was great. Great family owned business, they can also be found at the Mission Swapmeet. I'll definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I bought a refrigerator from this appliance store and I can say the people were very professional. The items were all brand new and organized. I can say I am very glad that I purchased my refrigerator from this location.

As a business partner I can say that we treat our customers with the outmost respect and courtesy. I would like to take the opportunity to state our policy in regards to services provided: First and foremost, we notify customers of our $30 service fee prior to providing any type of service (a fee which only covers initial labor). At time of service we provide customers with two options:
Option 1 – Give an estimated price (which includes parts and labor) for actions needed to resolve any issues the appliance may present.
Option 2 – Disclose the part/parts information that requires replacing for a fee of $60. This is a newer policy which we have been offering, catering to customers that wish to fix their own appliances using YouTube/Technical manuals.
