The owner, Carlos, is an ex-boxer who not only loves the sport but really knows his stuff. Do you want to learn how to fight and get in the best shape of your life doing it? If you do, look no further this is the place for you.

(September 11, 2018, 10:40 am)This is a great place to get a whole body workout and, if you cultivate focus and pay attention, learn some boxing technique. Classes are 45 min., and you move constantly. Exercises include various calisthenics, drills w/gloves on, jumping rope, and sets of activities customized for you in consultation with the coaches. V. clean, and you can take as many classes as you want for a monthly fee. Great instructors for kids!

(April 26, 2018, 1:15 pm)Awesome gym. Family friendly and for all levels. I joined early this year. Best decision so far for my health. Instructors are encouraging and patient with you till you reach your goals. I have lost weight and increased my energy levels since joining this gym. The people who attend this gym also are friendly and great to workout with.
